I help organizations make sense of messy information, competing stakeholders,
and tight timelines — and turn it into learning that people can actually use.
My solutions typically combine learning design, AI, visual storytelling,
and the occasional professional cat herding.

I’m an instructional design consultant with a background in graphic design and storytelling. I’m often brought in when organizations have complex learning gaps and need clarity quickly.
My job is to listen carefully, ask better questions, and build learning that respects people’s time and intelligence.
Outside of work, I’m a rock climber, which perfectly aligns with instructional design. It involves solving problems from new angles, planning the route before taking action, trusting both your feet and your (belay) partner, and recognizing when a different perspective is the only way forward.
