I design learning with one goal: to make people’s jobs easier. I approach training as a practical tool that helps learners build confidence, make better decisions, and perform effectively in real-world conditions.
I help organizations untangle complex information, competing stakeholder priorities, and compressed timelines—and turn them into learning that people can actually use.
My work blends learning design, visual storytelling, AI-supported workflows, and the occasional professional cat herding to deliver learning that scales without losing clarity or usefulness.
End-to-end learning systems designed around what happens before, during, and after training, so learning holds up in real work.
Scenario-based eLearning and practice experiences designed to mirror real workflows, decisions, and constraints.
ILT and VILT content designed to prioritize discussion, practice, and applied decision-making over slide delivery.
Clear, focused reference materials designed to support recall, judgment, and confidence at the moment of need.
Learning experiences designed to help people navigate complex tools, workflows, and processes without oversimplifying the job.
Learning strategies designed to turn competing inputs, SMEs, timelines, and constraints into something coherent and teachable.

A global enablement program for technical sellers and solution engineers who struggled to translate features into business value.
What this required: learning architecture, scenario design, AI integration, and stakeholder alignment.
Learners practiced real customer conversations, received automated AI feedback, and improved their performance.
A layered learning system extending beyond the classroom with reinforcement, recall design, and compliance-safe practice.
What this required: systems thinking, compliance awareness, and reinforcement strategy.
Supported consistent, defensible performance in a high-stakes environment.
I’m an instructional design consultant with a background in graphic design and storytelling. I’m often brought in when organizations have complex learning gaps and need clarity quickly.
My job is to listen carefully, ask better questions, and build learning that respects people’s time and intelligence.
Outside of work, I’m a rock climber, which perfectly aligns with instructional design. It involves solving problems from new angles, planning the route before taking action, trusting both your feet and your (belay) partner, and recognizing when a different perspective is the only way forward.
